Tentang LPPD Kutai Kartanegara

•Lembaga Pengembangan Pesta Paduan Suara Gerejawi Daerah (LPPD) pada Tingkat Kabupaten dan Kecamatan merupakan Lembaga yang dibentuk Oleh Pemerintah yang didasarkan pada Peraturan Menteri Agama No. 19 Tahun 2005 tentang Lembaga Pengembangan Pesta Paduan Suara Gerejawi (Pesparawi) Nasional (LPPD) sesuai dengan Pasal 2 Ayat 3 dan 4.

•Pada Tingkat Kabupaten, LPPD di SK kan oleh Bupati dan Pada Tingkat Kecamatan oleh Camat sesuai dengan Pasal 8 Ayat 3 dan 4.

•Pengurus LPPD Kabupaten diangkat dan diberhentikan oleh Bupati atas usul kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Setempat. Sedangkan pada Tingkat Kecamatan diangkat dan diberhentikan oleh Camat atas Usul Pimpinan-Pimpinan Gereja dan Badan Kerjasaman Antar Gereja setempat.

•Masa Kerja kepengurusan dalam satu perode selama 5 (Lima) tahun dan dapat diangkat Kembali dengan ketentuan tidak lebih dari 2 (Dua) Periode.
